Helping Kids Thrive
Child & Youth Counselling
Compassionate support to help your child navigate life with confidence.
Children and youth experience big emotions and the stresses of growing up, but they don’t always have the words to express them. Our counsellors create a safe, supportive space where young people can develop awareness, understanding, and build the skills they need to thrive now and into adulthood.
Counselling for Children
Kids are deeply affected by life’s ups and downs, even if they can’t always explain their experiences. We help children understand and express their emotions, develop awareness of their beliefs, and learn healthy coping tools.

Mental health yoga isn’t a traditional yoga class, it’s a therapeutic, body-based practice guided by a trained counsellor. Through gentle movement and simple awareness exercises, children can explore feelings that may be hard to put into words, practice calming their bodies, and develop tools to cope with stress.
This approach can be especially supportive for young people, helping them grow in self-understanding, compassion, and resilience, while easing the weight of anxiety, sadness, or feeling overwhelmed.
Counselling for Youth
Adolescence can bring new challenges, stress, pressure, and difficult emotions. Counselling provides a space where teens can explore their experiences, thoughts, and developing beliefs. We offer teens a space to feel heard, understood, and seen, while learning tools to foster a healthy relationship with self, others, and the world.

Youth sessions provide a safe, confidential space to share what’s going on, whether it’s school stress, friendships, family dynamics, or mental health struggles. Our counsellors may also draw from approaches like CBT (adapted for youth), Narrative Therapy, or somatic techniques to help teens better understand emotions and develop coping strategies. Together, we explore new perspectives and build skills for resilience and self-awareness.

Mental health yoga isn’t a traditional yoga class, it’s a therapeutic, body-based practice guided by a trained counsellor. Through gentle movement and awareness, teens reconnect with their bodies, express emotions that may be hard to put into words, build tolerance for distress, and learn to regulate stress in healthier ways.
This approach can be especially powerful for young people, helping them build self-empathy, compassion, and resilience, while reducing the weight of depression, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
