We want counselling to be as accessible as possible. Many of our services are covered in full or in part through extended health benefits or third-party funding.
Extended Benefits
Most major insurance providers offer coverage for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (RSW). Coverage can vary depending on your plan and the practitioner you see. We’ll provide detailed receipts for you to submit, and we’re happy to help you navigate your options.Third-Party Coverage
We also work with several external programs, including:ICBC (accident recovery claims)
WorkSafe BC
Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP)
Autism Funding
First Nations Health Authority (FNHA)
If you’re unsure about your benefits or funding options, we can help clarify what’s available.
-
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We’ll provide a receipt you can use to submit for insurance or benefits coverage if applicable.Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.
