About Me
With 20 years in the mental health field, I’ve worked with women, children, youth, and families in many settings. Through my own experiences with trauma and healing, I discovered yoga as a powerful tool for reconnecting mind and body. I now integrate this wisdom into my practice, offering clients a compassionate and trauma-informed path toward balance and growth. 
My Approach
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and connected, both to ourselves and to others. My work combines counselling with body-based practices like breathwork and yoga to gently regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and foster resilience.
