Mandy Virk (RCC)
About Me
I hold a Master’s in Counselling from Adler University and have years of experience supporting clients through complex challenges. My own cross-cultural background inspires me to welcome clients from all walks of life. In addition to English, I speak Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, allowing me to support clients in their preferred language. Beyond therapy, I enjoy travel, writing, yoga, and exploring holistic wellness practices like meditation, nutrition, and mindful living.
My Approach
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and connected, both to ourselves and to others. My sessions are holistic and trauma-informed, integrating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic practices, EMDR, and Gottman couples therapy. I also weave in mindfulness, breathwork, and body-based tools to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and build resilience.
