About Me

Growing up in the wild landscape of Northern British Columbia I was intimately connected to the natural world. The earth's rhythms, the forest's secrets, and the delicate balance of life and death were all woven into the fabric of my being. Like many of us as I journeyed through life, I lost my way, and I had to find a way to navigate the darkness and heal the wounds that kept me from my true path. As a counselor, I am dedicated to sharing the wisdom and medicine that helped me find my way back home.

My Approach

I am passionate about weaving together ancient knowledge and modern techniques to create a tapestry of healing and growth. My practice combines a range of approaches, including culturally responsive and socially just counselling, person-centered therapy, ecopsychology, somatic practices, ancestral and earth medicine, soul work, dreamwork, ceremony, and sacred craft.

My practice is a sanctuary of safety and support, a space for you to be fully seen and heard. I am dedicated to guiding you through the sacred journey of self-discovery and healing, which is a process of deep transformation rather than a quick fix. I am here to help you find your own medicine and navigate the twists and turns of life. Something unique about me is that I proudly identify as neurodivergent. It's given me a distinct perspective that has led me down incredible paths and unlocked a world of creativity within me.

If I Could Be Anywhere In the World Right Now

I would be playing with baby elephants in Kenya, watching the northern lights from a reindeer sleigh in Lapland, or kayaking through the breathtaking Milford Sound in New Zealand.
