Olesha Ratther (RCC)
About Me
I have the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, both in community and healthcare settings. My experiences working with my clients thus far have shown me that we all have the innate capacity to cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and the confidence to approach life on our terms
My Approach:
My trauma-informed approach pulls from several different theoretical orientations, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). The aim is for us to explore how your experiences have shaped your nervous system and ability to feel in control and self-aware of your behaviours. The goal is to help increase your resilience and instill confidence that you have the capacity to meet life’s challenges without feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
