About Me
I am a Registered Social Worker and first-generation Canadian with over five years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s many challenges. I’ve had the privilege of working in healthcare, community services, and private practice settings, guiding clients through a wide range of personal and emotional challenges.
I believe every person’s story deserves kindness, respect, and cultural understanding. My goal is to create a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported - empowering you to build resilience and find clarity on your unique path to healing.
My Approach
My practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities and delivered with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, adapting each session to align with the client’s unique goals and lived experiences. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is safe, collaborative, and client-centered - where individuals feel supported as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
