Hi, I’m Prab!
I’m a Registered Social Worker (17211) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers. I have a background in early childhood education and hold a Bachelor of Social Work with a focus on Indigenous welfare, and a Master of Social Work specializing in children and families. Professionally, I have worked in non-profit, private and healthcare sectors.
As a registered social worker, I've had the honour of sitting with people in some of their most vulnerable and tender moments where words are heavy or hard to find. Time and time again, I've witnessed how powerful it can be to simply tell your story. To be heard. To be seen. To not be rushed through your pain. To not be asked to shrink it into something more digestible.
My work blends trauma-informed and client-centred modalities to create a safe and inclusive space to support you through the ebbs and flows of life. I am committed to holding space for the chapters that feel joyful, painful, messy, or in-between. Whether you're just beginning or continuing your healing journey, l'm honoured you're here. Through empathy and connection, I hope to help you reclaim your story, reconnect with your inner strength, and build resilience.
My Hidden Talent/Something Unique About Me:
I love to go horseback riding.
If I could be anywhere in the world right now:
I would be on a boat on Lake Como, eating a slice of pizza.
