With much gratitude, I hold space for those I work with. I come from a belief that every being has all that is need within them. We each are equipped with the resources and wisdom to move through this life with more ease and contentment. However, the noise and impact of life can act as a barrier or distraction from fully realizing our resilience, our potential, and our wisdom.
 

My work is grounded in the understanding of neuroscience and the core functionality that our nervous system plays in our narratives of who we are, why we are, and what we do. I aim to support everyone in recognizing the rhythm and rhyme of their own nervous system in order to quiet the noise of the mind, develop tolerance and compassion to be with the experience of the body, and from there work with the wisdom that is within.
 

My passion lies in working with the mind/body/spirit connection and spreading awareness of the growing research that speaks to this. I believe that the greater understanding and awareness one has of themselves, the more empowered they are to make decisions that are aligned with their true selves.
 

Currently, I am not offering individual sessions. Instead, I offer an array of different trainings and consultations which include, but are not limited to the following:
 

1.   Trauma-Informed Practice

2.   Seeing Challenges as Opportunities

3.   Stress and Wellness

4.   The Power of Assertive Acceptance

5.   Tuning Inwards and Deepening the Relationship with Self
 

I also work with organizations to create programs that meet their specific wellness needs. I have worked with Colleges, Corporations, School Districts, Police, and Municipalities.
