I am trained to utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Gottman’s couple’s therapy. I use somatic and mindfulness-based psychotherapy for trauma stabilization and mental health. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, and basic working knowledge of Gujarati and Bangla. I have a deep understanding of cultural diversity.
