I have over five years experience providing counsellingservices in diverse environments including shelters, healthcare settings, andclinics. I have experience in palliative care, supporting patients and familiesexperiencing grief and loss. I provideservices to clients from various racial, ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomicbackgrounds.
My goal is to work alongside clients and empowerthem to be the best version of themselves by focusing on holistic healing andemotional regulation. I believe learning to cope with challenges is whatcreates resiliency and strength. Every individual is unique and thecounselling approaches that I use are evidence-based and tailored to respectthe needs and goals of each client.
